Top TV of 2011: The Shadow Line
One of the best TV thrillers I’ve ever watched. It’s right up there with State of Play. It’s full of the moral ambiguity which British TV excels at. Chiwetel Ejiofor, Stephen Rea, and Christopher Eccleston are all excellent in their roles.
The best opening of any TV show? Does anyone else get all tingly and excited when they hear this music? Ok. Just me, I guess ….
